- Wake up and get out of bed with the alarm every morning
- "Run" for 20 minutes 3 days a week
- Plan home school schedule every weekend for the following week
- Stick to the home school schedule
- Write 3 times a week for 20 minutes each session
These will obviously be short term goals with mid-range goals as follows:
- Lose 20 lbs by Mother's Day
- Have a set wake up time (as in waking up naturally before the alarm goes off) of 6:00 am every day by May
- "Run" (following Run For God/Couch to 5k schedule) 3 days a week and lift weights 3 days a week (following Jamie Eason's workout).
- Write every day during the week for 30 minutes each session - have an "outline" of book done by May
Long term goals:
- Reach my goal weight by the end of the year
- Run a 5k in mid May
- Write a book - by the end of the summer
